In this phone call, I will ask you some questions about your current experience and past medical and mental health history. With this information, we will determine if MPP is a good fit for your needs and schedule an appointment.

Your first visit:

The initial evaluation includes comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and medication prescribing for individuals 18 and up. Please note, in a small majority of circumstances, this may take place over 2 sessions. Short term eclectic therapy may also be provided. Services are for individuals age 18 and up,though care for ages 14-18 can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
